Shipping & Delivery

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 4PM PST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and usually ship within 1 business day pending availability and credit verification.

All orders placed after 4 PM PST will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 5 PM PST will begin processing on the following Monday.

Circleandsquaresf.com will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification.

We use UPS and Federal Express for delivery, and therefore are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses, as well as P.O. Boxes. We do not offer Saturday delivery.  All shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped UPS 2-day.

Circleandsquaresf.com will sometimes offer FREE UPS Ground shipping on all orders shipped within the 48 contiguous states depending on Total Amount for Special Sale, Clearance or Holiday offer .

Ordering

You will receive an order confirmation via e-mail you provided, once your order has been successfully transmitted. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped.

This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package.

Why do I need to register?

You only need to register on our site if you are making a purchase.

By registering, you are initiating an account that only you may access. You may access your account by using your email address and a password that you have created. Only you will have access to this information. If you are signed up on our email list, this does not mean you are registered.

How do I register?

Click on “My Account” and you will be provided with a direct link that will walk you through the process.
If you have never purchased from us before, you must register with us to place an order to get the most benefits and convenience. If you already have items in your cart and are ready to complete your order, simply click on “checkout”, and this will automatically direct you to our Registration page. You may also choose  Order as “Guest” if you would prefer.

What if I forget my password?

If you ever forget your password, click on the “My Account” page.
By providing your email address, via a secure, encrypted connection, an automated password reset by circleandsquaresf.com will be sent to you via e-mail with a new password that you may later change by visiting “My Account” once you log-in successfully. Passwords are case sensitive and must include a number or punctuation character.

Updating Account Information

How do I make changes to my account profile?

Log into your account, and click on “Account Information” located at the top of your account page.

Make the necessary changes to your account, (i.e. email address, password, billing address, etc.) Scroll to the bottom of the page, and click on “Submit”

The changes you have made will now be saved to your profile.

Policy Modifications

We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. If/when changes are made to this privacy policy, we will email users who have given us permission to do so.

We will post any changes here, so be sure to check back periodically.

However, please be assured that if the Privacy Policy changes in the future, we will not use the personal information you have submitted to us under this Privacy Policy in a manner that is materially inconsistent with this Privacy Policy, without your prior consent.

Returns and Exchanges

If you don’t love it, neither do we. Circle and Square will gladly accept returns and exchanges on merchandise that has not been WORN, ALTERED or WASHED and is SMOKE FREE, with ALL tags attached, with exception to the following within fourteen (14) days from date of delivery for a full refund:

  • Sale Merchandise
  • Undergarments
  • Swim wear

Upon receipt of goods, Circle and Square reserves the right to deny credit if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements. Refunds will be made in the form of original payment. Please note: Circle and Square does not refund shipping and handling. If you decide to refuse any shipments from Circle and Square, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you and the cost of returning the package to Circle and Square.

Sale Merchandise- Return Policy

ALL sale merchandise is FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. If we receive a returned Final Sale item or items, the package will be returned to you, a customer service representative will notify you via email, and you will not receive a refund.

Defective Merchandise

If you believe that you received defective merchandise or were shipped incorrect merchandise (style, size, color) you must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a refund, no exceptions. We do not manufacture our products and we do not offer any warranty.

Incorrect Merchandise

If you were shipped incorrect merchandise (style, color, size, etc.) you must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a refund. We will pay for the return shipping for incorrectly filled orders. For instructions on how to return the item, refer to the section titled “How do I make a return or exchange?”

How do I make a return or exchange?

To process a return of online purchased merchandise by mail, you must:

1. Request a Return Authorization Code (RAC) by contacting us at circleandsquaresf@gmail.com within seven (7) days from the date of delivery.

  • In the subject of the message please write: RETURN and YOUR ORDER NUMBER (e.g. RETURN # 1234567)
  • In the body of your message please include your name and which item(s) you would like to return as well as any reason you want to provide.

2. We will email you an RAC within 48 hours (this does not include weekends).

  • Once you have received the RAC, write it clearly and legibly on the original invoice and on the OUTSIDE of the package you are returning. This step is required for all returns to ensure that you are properly credited.

3. Securely pack and seal the merchandise and invoice (with RAC) in an appropriate shipping box or envelope. Items must be returned within seven (7) days of the RAC issue. Please note that returns made outside of these timeframes are accepted at the discretion of Circle and Square and may only be issued to you as a store credit.

4. Please use an insured service to ship your return (UPS, USPS, FedEx). This will provide you with recourse on your package, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves. Mail all packages to:

5. Returns by mail will be processed within seven-ten (7-10) days of our receipt of your merchandise. Your refund will be credited back to the same card used to make the original purchase unless you request a Store Credit. You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, you must RETURN the item to Circle and Square and then place a new order. Please follow the Return Process detailed above. To place a new order, please visit our website for customer service/assistance.

Shipping and Handling

Processing Orders

Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process and ship your order, with the exception of express packages, which will be given priority and in specific cases, go out same day. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email update with the tracking number of your package for your convenience. Please note: All orders received after 5pm Pacific Standard Time or placed on the weekend, will be processed the next business day.

After you have received your order, please take a moment to inspect it carefully for any damages and/or mistakes. Please contact us within three (3) days if the item you received is damaged or incorrect (Please refer to the Incorrect Merchandise or Defective Merchandise sections under Returns and Exchanges on how to proceed).

Tracking

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email update including your tracking number and expected delivery date. PLEASE NOTE: Please make sure that all shipping information is correct. In the event that you need to make an address correction please contact us immediately by email. Please make sure you have made arrangements for the delivery of your order. Circle and Square cannot be held responsible for orders that are deemed non-deliverable. If circumstances prevent you from receiving UPS or Fed Ex deliveries, please contact us for other shipment alternatives.

Our Privacy Statement

Your privacy is very important to us here at Circle and Square.
When you purchase from our online store, we collect some very important information such as your name, billing and shipping addresses, phone number, e-mail address, and credit card information. This information is provided to us so we can process and ship your order. We promise to never sell nor share your information with outside companies or third parties.

Miscellaneous Information

Sales Tax

Since Circle and Square is located in San Francisco, California there will be a sales tax charge to those orders that are being shipped within California. The sales tax will also apply to those orders that will be “In-store Pickups”. As of November 15, 2011 the sales tax rate is 8.50%. PLEASE NOTE: This will be a separate charge on top of shipping costs.
